INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS for the 2008 Season 

Wednesday Matinees, Thursdays, Friday
$50.00 per person
$32.00 for children, age 4- 12
Reservations are not accepted for children under the age of four except for Children's Theatre programs.

Saturdays and Sundays
$55.00 per person (no children's prices available)

Reservation & Payment Policies

• A group consists of 20 or more.

   

• The group sales manager must receive a 1/3 non-refundable deposit and the signed contract within two weeks (14 days) after the initial booking in order to secure the reservation.

   

• Reservation cannot be confirmed until receipt of the deposit has been received.

   

• The deposit is applied to the final group rate given at the time of the booking.

   

• The balance is due no later than four weeks (28 calendar days) prior to the performance or the remaining seats will be released for public sale.

   

• Payments applied toward your booking signify acceptance and adherence to all policies and procedures of the theater.

   

• All sales are final.

   

• Please mention, in detail, any special services or accessibility needs for your group when the contract is returned.

   

• Seat locations are subject to availability at the time of confirmed reservation. No table or area requests will be honored.

   

• Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card or check made payable to The New Candlelight Theatre.

   

• If a group should fall below the minimum to qualify as a group (20 people), the contract may be cancelled and may result in the forfeiture of any deposit made on the contract. The deposit may be used towards single tickets should the number drop below 20, however the balance remaining will be based on full ticket price. The group rate will not apply.

   

• Before payment is made in full, groups may change their number of seats as long as the number per contract stays above the group minimum (20 people).

   

• Once payment in full has been made and seats have been assigned, no refunds, exchanges or reduction of ticket quantity can be made.

   

• If payment has been made in full and the group requires additional tickets, those tickets may be made available to the group at full price. The group rate will not apply.

   

• Additional tickets are subject to availability.

   

• A group may request additional seats, depending on availability. If seats are requested before final payment is due and addendum to the original contract will be issued.

   

• Additional seats requested after final payment will be will be sold at the discretion of the management. We will make every effort to reserve them near the group’s original seating area.

   

• Seating times are 5:30 and 6:00. Please note that the group sales manager will advise you of this seating time two weeks prior to your reservation date. Any party arriving after their scheduled seating time will be held until the entire house has been sat.

   

• Only the group leader or tour group company may call, make changes or inquire about the reservation. All third party inquiries will be asked to refer to the group leader or tour group company. No exceptions.

   

• Seatin g charts are av ailable two weeks prior to your reservation.

   

• Groups that assign seating prior to their reservation are more inclined to have a better dining experience when attending a New Candlelight Theatre performance. Please ask the group sales manager for de tails on how this procedure works.

   

• Any use of recording devices or camera is strictly prohibited.

   

• The Buyer shall not in any way, sell or distribute the tickets for consideration whatsoever to any party.

   

• Management reserves the right to refuse service to any group not adhering to the policies and procedures listed in this contract.
